“The people sitting in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death, a light has dawned on them.”
- Matthew 4:16 BLB

Walking on snowy road

I have dwelt in frozen dim corners of my mind:
shrinking back from the Source of heat and light,
shivering in isolating doubts,
shame and guilt gnawing like frostbite at my soul.

With cold hands pressed over my ears,
head down heavily,
I tried to make myself smaller and
more unnoticeable.
Darkness was a coat I wrapped tightly around me:
hidden with no warmth,
believing that I am disappointment in chilled skin and bones,
whispering to no one:“I am alone.”

A warm light emerging through darkness, symbolizing the arrival of Christ’s light bringing hope and renewal.

Then Light!
You came!
A sudden flicker burst into blaze!
Divine radiance ignited in human flesh:
the Light of the world!
You flung Your arms joyfully wide to flood the atmosphere with glory,
to kneel at my side,
to tip my chin upward with a gentle hand.
That touch sparked courage in my core to face Your glow,
and lit the candle of my lantern heart.

You embraced me to Your chest so I could hear the roar of Your eternal furnace burning with continuous love, love, love.
At the flash of Your scorching passion, the lies sublimate from solid ice to disappearing steam.
Fear cannot exist here anymore.
Hopeless dark has fled for refuge in hell.

Gentle candlelight symbolizing refuge, warmth, and safety found in Jesus Christ.

“No fear, My Love.”

Your voice was like a thundering maelstrom,
incinerating the enemy’s frigid chains to ash.
At Your warm breath they are blown away, away, away.
Then You hide me safe in Your flame.

All that remains is the
bright chorus
of Your fiery deliverance song,
the shining melody,
that You sing over me.

“Do not rejoice over me, my enemy; when I fall, I will arise;
When I sit in darkness, the LORD will be a light to me.”

- Micah 7:8 NKJV

“For our God is a consuming fire.”
- Hebrews 12:29 NLT

“You are my hiding place. You, LORD, protect me from trouble; You surround me with songs and shouts of deliverance. Selah.”
- Psalm 32:7 AMP

Selah. Take a pause to be calm and think deeply about that.

How We Worship Together

Canadian 24/7 BURNs have regular, unified gatherings of extended prayer and worship in cities and regions. The local "Furnace" coordinates regular times of extended worship and prayer in any type of public gathering place.

The goal is to connect people with their king and with each other in relationship. We believe that as we worship, pray and walk through the doors that God opens, we open a conduit from heaven to earth to bring transformation, healing, hope and power.

We have seen healings, salvations, deliverance and redemption erupt from our place of worship.

Our Approach

We worship together, we eat together, and build relationships together. We gather at churches or more unconventional places like, Barns, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Theatres, and Homes for our times spent in focused worship and prayer (Which we call Breathing in times).

When we take worship outside we are outreach focused with worship and prayer teams working together (Which we call our Breathing out times).

We meet at beaches, parks or streetsides and it is a beautiful way to bring Jesus to people who may never walk into a church building.

Being Part of Our Family

When you partner with us, you are participating in the transformation of lives – whether financially or volunteering your time, your involvement makes a big difference.

It's like adding your own special color to a beautiful painting, making our Kingdom family even brighter.
